I'd like two quotes - one for resurfacing the splash back walls in a kitchen (old tiles have been removed) and removing / replacing the cornices in the kitchen / living area (includes boxing in the flue of a Vulcan gas wall furnace) once the kitchen has been replaced. The kitchen/living area is 3.47m x 7.42m, but kitchen bulkheads would need to be factored in (see attached photo of existing kitchen and attached plan of the new). Total cornices approx 23m. The second quote is for replacing cornices in both the lounge room and master bedroom. The lounge is 6.21m x 3.63m plus a short 'screening' wall that adds an additional 3m - total cornices approx. 23m. The master bedroom is approx 3.6m x 3.6m - with a built in wardrobe. Total cornices 14.4m. We just want simple, generic new cornices.
