Guests can be a bit fussy and rightly so given they have chosen us as their temporary home away from home. Please state your hourly rate for cleaning. Availability: must be available for the the following dates: 12 October 2020. Cleaning Window: Between 10:00 am - 2:30 pm. House must be turned over for guests between the hours above on the date guests arrive. Duties: *COVID-19 Cleaning Protocols must be followed: All commonly touched surfaces (i.e., light switches, door handles, etc) must be cleaned with a disinfectant. 1. Change bedding, sheets & pillowcases, doona cover (as required). 2. Wipe down all surfaces (tables, counter tops, stove top, etc.) 3. Clean bathrooms (toilets, showers, mirrors) 4. Kitchen - wipe down surfaces, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, put away any dishes in dishwasher*) *Guests are required to wash and put away dishes. In 99% of cases, this is done. However, if something had not been done by the guest, please action it. 5. Vacuum the floors and living room couch seats (underneath seats for food crumbs). 6. Mop all floors. 7. Restocking - put out new snacks, toilet tissue, bin liner in kitchen , bath soap, new towels for kitchen & bathrooms. All stock are supplied. 8. Outdoor - sweep balcony and wipe down outside table. If working on a Monday, put out bins curb side for Tuesday collection. Bring in bins , if required, at next cleaning shift. 9. There is a washer and dryer on site for laundry to be done at the beginning of the shift (sheets/towel). Please do not ask me to call for a quote.
