I have also tested the elements for continuity with a multimeter and they are all all working/continuous. So we are not sure what the issue could be. There are no issues with the cooktop.

Though the main unit will be outside to the rear of the shed and piping needs to be run to the 2nd story - so needs a bit of work. Can share pictures if needed. Also whilst at it, I would like to make sure the electricity is set up for a second aircon that will be installed in a different part of the shed.. but at least it then is ready for a simpler install when that comes. Quote should include the concreting of the cut surface area. Aggie drains will be installed with of sock for protection and aggie trenches will be backfilled with 20mm drainage scoria. All work must be warranted to stop leakage of water under the sub-floor and the footing of the house.
