The dwelling in question was built in the late 1960s, as far as I am aware, there is no asbestos of any kind; and also the dwelling is not connected with the second property at the rear other than shared wooden fencing and a concrete with drainage driveway. I'm looking at a ball park figure of what it will cost to do the demo job, permits that includes removal for a clean site plus all trees. I prefer emails only as I seldomly contact via other means.
