I also need to relocate a bedroom door and make some other minor changes. I need an initial consultation with a structural engineer (or other qualified person) to assess these plans and the structure of the unit and advise whether these changes are possible (and potentially offer alternative solutions) before I proceed further. I'm on annual leave this week and want to progress this as soon as possible. If formal drawings and specifications are required after the initial consultation I will engage you to do this as well.

My water pressure is also well above 500kpa (700kpa when last checked). I need a water pressure regulator installed where the water pipe enters the house (this is above ground and is easily accessible).

The lining board would need to be purchased. On one side of the house the rafters have pushed the existing fascia over the years leading to a bow in the current fascia. The cause has been remedied, but the rafter ends will need some packing/planing for the new fascia to go on straight on one side only. The house is on a slope so about 4.5 meters to the roof at the most extreme point. I have a 6.3 metre self-levelling extension ladder if that helps.
