Hence I've asked him to try his TV at another TV point and with a different coaxial cable (just to confirm that there were no technical issues with the tenant's TV), but it seemed to work fine there. I'm fairly confident that the antenna is not the issue and that there may be something wrong with the TV point only, since the other television in the house is working fine and receiving a signal. Could you please roughly quote me what the associated cost of this would be?
