ENSUITE: bathroom taps (one set) removed and pipes sealed temporarily. Dainpipe from bathroom sink to be detached. Shower head in ensuite to be removed and pipe sealed temporarily. Shower taps to be removed and sealed off temporarily. SECOND TOILET: Replace cistern and toilet tap. Remove old cistern from site. OUTDOOR: There is also one outdoor tap to be removed and sealed off permanently.
