The engineering design has been done and will be supplied upon request. We are also in process of getting the owner builder consent completed, and have building surveyor as well. As per the engineering drawings - the following works are needed: 1) Saw and cut through existing concrete slab, and lay reinforced concrete + baseplate to connect up steel beem that act as primary load bearing for the roof. 2) Supply and install steel column, roof beams and double studs. as per specification. 3) Attach beams to wall as per engineering design etc. Once we have the owner builder consent completed, we will be ready to execute the job. What we would like to do asap is to get a quote for the job, and select the party for the job.
