I would need the flue kit and freestanding fire IF you have any 2nd hand units I would look into them but need a new flue kit. I will purchase heater and flue (if you can't supply) and then get you to install straight after. I can handle the tools, so if my assistance would be of benefit and a cheaper quote, that would also be great.
