We will nominate colours to the successful builder. A small amount of cabinetry in the herb room per plans. A sink and quality sensor tap to be installed in the existing bench in the herb room. The wall buzzer will need to be repositioned from the wall above the sink to the partition wall next to reception. Notes All ceiling panels and lighting and vents are already in place. We will take care of the flooring once the build is completed. The shelving for the herb room (against the wall next to the internal stairwell) will be supplied by the owner.
