As a result, we need to have a colour bond wall put up in its place. The remainder of the garage is all intact, it is simply one section. The brick wall was not a load bearing wall. The measurements of the colour bond wall required are: H – 3m L – 3.5m The job needs to be started within a fortnight. We are available to provide access on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, however the quote can be done on any day of the week.

She needs the quote this week or early next week. She mentioned that when writing the quote it is important to note that they will not find out about whether their grant application is successful until later in the year and the monies won't be paid into their account until after. This means if there is a possibility of any price increases during this time they need us to factor this into our quote and be able to honour that quote, so they are not left with a surplus to find the funds for when they go ahead with the repairs. She said that the grant application will be submitted next Friday, August 26th.
