I require 2 new roller doors as the existing ones are buckled and keep jamming in the wall tracks. The 2 motors were replaced a few years ago so new ones are not required. The doors are B&D... The doors are B&D "Controller-a-Door" and are 2.6 metres in width. One of the doors is damaged and can't be used and is restricting access in and out of the garage for one of our cars.

Cannot provide a regular cleaning dates but can provide you with a few weeks to a months notice as to when the cleaning would be required. As of today we will require some cleaning to be done in late December and in January.
