This is resulting in the water pooling near the house foundations and creating instability and major house cracking. We need to get the roof stormwater properly plumbed in to the street water table. In addition to getting the above fixed, we would like to look at installing a rain water tank at the side of our house to collect water from the roof, with any excess being directed into the properly plumbed pipes to street water table.
