[And required scaffolding] • Remove existing effected the brickwork as indicated • Advise of any further problems or issues. o Services in effected general area are: Telephone, Storm Water and Irrigation. • Excavate and underpin the existing effected footing (as per engineers report) • Re-fortify the other pier • Re-confirm the front structure of the house • Relay the brickwork to the original layout and new brick ties. • Clean Bricks, Remove scaffolding, shoring and rubbish
