My suspicions are that the drain pump needs to be replaced (but I am not an expert and could be wrong and would appreciate someone confirming this for me). Also, I live in an apartment complex in the city and there is no on-site parking available. However, there is limited paid street parking outside and a Wilsons parking complex opposite my apartment.
