This can be accessed from inside the house via a man-hole if needed. - - The hydronic heating tank/furness is outside down the side of the property, the airinlet/vent (thingo) is in a hall way inside the house. The thermostat and controls are in a central living area. - - We purchased this home 18 months ago. I am unsure when the last time the ducts would have been cleaned; however, I can tell you that we have not had them cleaned since moving in. -
