Hi, we need a builder to build our house!
Katerina requested 3 quotes from Builders in Morang South
we have a block of land in south morang, our plans were to build a single storey but everyone who has already built has built double storey homes around us. we did not budget on a double storey home so really cannot afford to go through any of these big home builders, so we have turned to smaller companies. we are thinking approx 30 -36 sq home. we do not want to spend thousands to get plans done yet incase our only choice is to sell the block, so without plans is anyone able to give me a rough estimate of how much you charge per square? or what price range i am looking at in total? we would like to know if we can afford to build. if anyone can buld this house completed up to $220 then we'll be happy to go ahead.
