Very poor communication. Make promise after promise that he would come to do the job (in his words, this job was going to take less than one hour to do). Never showed up after telling us he would come on four different occassions and didn't even call to tell us what was going on, we had to chase him. So now we have given up and the job still has not been completed, so we need to find another provider to do the work for us.
