i have an enclosed sunroom off the main bedroom which used to be a balcony. it is very noisy and not insulated. i would like to take down the exisitng plaster, window frames and ceiling to insulate then re plaster with sound proofing plaster boards and re fit old window frames etc in prep for re paint.
