Roof insulation installation on 150sq mt roof

Our house is approx 150sq m. our current roof insulation covers approx half of the area (old part of house) but not the newly renovated part of the house. i would like to get some quotes on completely insulating the roof (i.e. all 150sq m, replacing the old insulation) and on just insulating the remaining (uninsulated) area (i.e. 75 sq m). could the quotes cover all the available options (i.e. regular bats, wollen bats, other options) and the pros and cons of the options. the current insulation is regular bats. i can send a floor plan (couldn't attach it here) if required.
