I have this looks like shredded paper insulation all over the roof space, need someone to remove it, and install r3.5 pink batt. roof is normal pitch type with walking space. about 120m2 area up there.
please breakdown yr quote into 2 part, removal and installation. i might choose to just remove, or remove and install. if you can't install, just quote the removal cost will do, i have another guy doing installation.
