1950s single level brick house with high pitch roof (good ceiling space access). Require the old insulation (unsure of type) removed and new thermal efficient insulation (please suggest and provide thermal efficiency rating info to determine type) to be supplied and installed. Note also need to provide and fit shields around downlights and associated transformers (to prevent fire).
