We had cellulose insulation put into the celing of our house 13 years ago when it was renovated but belive it is not efficient being too thin. The ceiling size is approximately 7 meters by 25 metres. The rear section has down lights so these need to be protected. We would only have the job done if the rebate largely covers the cost
