Quote for 1 - 3 houses to have fluff insulation removed from ceiling

I was wondering how much it would cost to remove the fluff insulation from a roof cavity of 145.38 sq. metres.
I may need the same ceiling insulation removed from 2 other houses too, which are both investemnt properties - one of them being 130 sq. metres, while the other is 142.25 sq. metres. Will I be eligible for any discounts? Do the tenants at these houses need to be home when the insulation removal is done, or can it be taken care of by accessing via the roof tiles?
All 3 houses are in the same street, are single storey with easily accessible roof cavities, and none have heating/cooling vents in the ceiling. All 3 houses have some downlights.
