We're looking to have our ceiling/loft insulated with R4 to R5 batts. This will be over 2 apartments, a total of approximately 120 square meters.
Down lights are installed in some of the rooms, so adequate space will need to be left around them. There is currently no insulation in the ceiling (i.e. there's nothing to remove).
