I would like the installation of batt type roof insulation as per Govenrment funded rebate program. House is 12.5 squares in size but half of house has cathedral ceiling. Not sure if this part of house can have batts installed. The rest has roof space where insulation would be easily installed. Currently has some type of substance scattered throughout roof space. Not sure what it is. House is 19 years old and insulation looks to be very old.
