We have a 12-14 square house simple access to roof. Old blow fluff insulation needs removing and new glass wool batts or poly batts installed. The house has no rubbish in the roof and heating and cooling is via ducting under the house. The old insulation is over 20 yrs old and sparce and ineffcient, we have been told we are eligable for the gov rebate.
