Part of the house has Colourbond steel roof, but no sealing insulation. Total approx 75m2. Part is a concrete slab sealing (deck on top) with no insulation.
In addition, concrete slab floor needs insulation - access from garage underneath.
Also, possible insulation of double brick cavity walls - approx 200m2.
