Insulation replacement with new on single story weatherboard home

We have 35 year old insulation in our old single story weatherboard home (with tin roof), gaps etc, and we think the best thing is to remove it and replace it.
would prefer to find someone to remove the old and replace it, rather than have to deal with 2 seperate tradies!
would like quotes and advice re: the types of replacement insulation available, want to save on power bills etc, but obviously we're on a budget too.
