Our house (currentling being rented out) in Upwey requires ceiling insulation installed. Due to the low pitch of the roof (1m high at peak) the metal sheeting will need to be removed to access the space for insulating. We require a qualified person to install ~155sqm of ceiling insulation in the roof.
I am told that a plumber has to do the work as it invovles removing the sheeting. Work must be done by qualified person so we can make sure to get all landlord government rebates.
