Insulate Floor Area: 52 Sq M (-/+ 10%)
Install R2.0 or higher
Polyester batts (Radford or similar quality) or Spray Foam
Easy under floor access ~1.5 to 1.7m clearance (no crawling, but some ducking)
Floor joists are spaced with 410mm gaps, with a depth of 90mm from tip of joist to bottom of timber flooring.
Need to work around existing ductwork, furnace, plumbing, and minimal storage.
Will need to remove some old boxes (~10) and existing concertina foil (or can move concertina foil, install batts and re-staple foil under batts)
Prefer you reply with estimate subject to site inspection. Please indicate your earliest start date and amount of time you estimate the job will take.
Happy to work with installer for rebates.

Very good turnaround time - especially considering insulation is not easy to source at the moment. Andrew and the office always promptly answered calls and my questions. I'd hire them them again.

1 star because I can't give a zero rating! I'm Annoyed! My job was clearly listed for underfloor insulation, but this outfit responded only to tell me that they wouldn't bid because they only do roof insulation! They effectively wasted one of the 3 responses for the job. On top of that, the guy that responded from some call centre in Sydney only to tell me that he'd pass it along to the 'hubby' in my area in Melbourne to call me in the next week. Maybe they are good at what they do, but they only wasted my time.
