Roof of 3rd level, 12 unit dwelling requires supply and installation of ceiling insulation. We think that there is foil style insulation existing and think that blow style insulation is likely to be required because space inside ceiling is quite limited.
The 3rd level apartments are tennanted so any/all quotation inspections must be in one 2hr bock of time (business hours, time TBA).
We wish to let these works by end of July. This project will be managed through body corporate management company.
