We have recently renovated and the new part of the home is insulated. the old home, a 50's yellow brick is part insulated. i did 10sqm on the weekend and there is around 75sqm to go. some rubbish (boards) need to be removed and it needs to be vacuumed first (tile roof). i used 3.5 woollen batts which work well in the space.
it is an l-shape single storey and access through the tiles is fine. it shouldn't be more than a 1 day job.
