We have a 28 square metres of batt insulation that needs laying in our roof. this is to complete an existing incomplete job. the building is a 1940-50 brick with a tiled roof and we have already purchased the batts which are in the roof ready to go. there's plenty of crawl space but the batts will need to be installed right to the edge of the roof eave for sound proofing purposes.
there is easy access to the roof via ladder. i expect this is probably only around 2-3 hours work max for a single person.
