To Include: 1. Approx 39 windows both sides: inside & outside
+ Outside of all Window ledges & frames.
+ 8 glass panels around outside deck.
NB. All windows except 3 are easily accessible from ground level. 3 Will need a long-handled brush or hose or Ladder.
2. Clean Corrugated Polycarbonate & FibreGlass Roofing over rear courtyard – easy access.
Approx area 6 x10 metres; about half flat & half sloping.
