Amit was quick to respond and arrange a cleaning time. For an exit clean, I took Amit round the house and showed him what needed to be cleaned and things to looks out for. The cleaning was not up to expectations and promises. The obvious things were cleaned, but not much else. Many things I has specifically to be cleaned asked for were not done or half done - left dirty - even after asking repeated times. In particular, windows were left smeared, Venetian blinds left dusty (and damaged). Most things out of the way were ignored. Only recommenced for a superficial clean.
