Do not use these people, they cleaned our stainless steel stovetop using a scouring pad and severly scratched the surface. When contacted they reluctantly agreed to assess the damage and **maybe** repair it, despite their promises nothing has been assesed or fixed and we are still fighting with them to have the damage that they caused repaired! Overall cleaning was average at best, the cleaner did not even empty the rubbish bins and left cleaning residue all over our shower and bathroom sink. I would rate them minus 5 stars if the system allowed.
