  I run serviced apartment in Werribee south and looking for someone who can provide regular cleaning/housekeeping services. The frequency is twice a week on an average. It is a 2 bed room 2 bathroom split level (level 2 and 3) Apartment.
Here is the list of tasks I expect.

Guide Housekeeping

Kitchen
Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run cycle
Throw any foods left behind
Empty fridge
Wipe fridge inside and out (inc front and on top of fridge)
Take rubbish out
Wipe rubbish bin down
Replace rubbish bag
Wipe microwave oven inside and out
Wipe oven down
Check inside oven and microwave oven for food left behind
Clean stove top
Wipe all benches down
Clean sink
Lift all appliances in order to clean under them
Wipe over all appliances
Put appliances back in their place
Wipe over all items left for guests on kitchen bench
Unload dishwasher and put everything back ion its place
Finish all metal surfaces with glass cleaner and a DRY cloth
Wipe down cupboards (inside & out) and doors
Ensure disenfectant, ajax, cleaning rag, windex and sponge are left under sink for guests
Leave 2 clean tea towels out for guests
Check inside cupboards and drawers to ensure clean and tidy
Wipe skirting boards
Vacuum floor
Mop floor
Lounge/ Living room
Dust all surfaces
Dust TV and top of bookcase
Wipe coffee table over
Clean skirtingboards
Remove cushions from sofa and check for items left behind
Vacuum before putting cushions back in place
Spray upholstery with FEBREEZE
Open windows let fresh air in
Arrange remote controls neatly near TV
Check under sofa for items left behind
Wipe fingerprints and stains off furniture
Remove fingerprints off windows
Vacuum carpet
ENSURE THERE'S ENOUGH FOR CUSTOMERS AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY

Strip linen off bed
Put all dirty linen bed in whashing machine and run cycle
Clean glass and remove marks
Check under bed for items left behind
Make bed using fresh linen
Put all dirty linen in laundry
Arrange all pillows neatly on bed
Leave 2 bath towels and 2 face washers folded neatly on bed
Dust bed side tables
Dust top of dresser table
Dust lamps (bottom and shades)
Open window to let fresh air in
Clean all mirror doors ensuring all marks are removed
Ensure inside cupboard is clean & tidy
Wipe down door frame and door
Vacuum carpet
Bathrooms
Put all dirty towels in whashing machine and run cycle
Spray shower screen and tiles with shower cleaner
Apply toilet cleaner to toilet
Clean mirror
Clean sink, ensuring taps and drain holes are scrub with brush
Take rubbish out
Wipe over bin
Replace rubbish liner
Scrub shower screen and tiles thoroughly and rinse
Clean shower screen with glass cleaner and a DRY cloth on both sides
Clean toilet, making sure all stains are removed with the brush
Spray & wipe toilet over ensuring under seat, seat and lid are thoroughly cleaned
Spray and wipe outside of toilet bowl, water cistern, etc ensuring dust is removed
Make sure to leave toilet lid down
Take rubbish bin, toilet brush, etc outside of bathroom to wash floors
Fold toilet paper neatly
Ensure at least 4 toilet rolls are available to next guests
Replace bath mat and put used one with dirty linen
Wipe down door frame and door
Vacuum floor
Wash floor
