Miss Mopp was very professional and gracious enough to come out and quote a second time when I missed the first appointment. I decided to go with another quote however on the basis that it was significantly cheaper. I think Miss Mopp is probably more expensive because of the high level of service they provide however I just need someone to come out and do the floors, bathroom etc on a regular basis rather than a "vacate" clean every week.
