Monday 29 March - Domestic Spring Cleaning

Deep Clean entire inside of house as follows:

• Dust down all walls/ ceilings, skirting boards, stairs, top of cupboards, wardrobes, blinds, furniture, shelves etc to remove dust and cobwebs
• Wet cloth-clean all Bathroom/Powder Room Tiled Walls, skirting boards, blinds, inside and around doors and window frames/ledges, outside/inside of all cupboards, inbuilt wardrobes, shelving, coffee tables, dining table, side tables etc
• Clean and polish leather sofas, chairs, stools, ottomans, (Sara to Supply Cleaning Agents & Cloths)
• Clean Bathrooms, Powder Room, Kitchen, Laundry, including Tiled Walls, Shower Screens, Mirrors, Toilets etc
• Vacuum and dry-mop all floors including garage (will need repeated mopping);
• Use Antibacterial Cleaning agents where possible please

Professional Cleaners:

• Check & if necessary, re-clean glass on front, back & sliding doors & Balcony Glass Balustrade
• wipe down kitchen benches/sink, stove top, fridge door, (small) Bathroom Shower, Powder Room & Laundry
• Vacuum and Mop all floors by 3pm before Photos are taken.


Saturday 10, 17 & 24 April Weekly Clean for Open for Inspections

Professional Cleaning:

• Use Disinfectant where ever possible and clean all Bathrooms, Powder Room, Laundry, Kitchen & Pantry including wiping down outside of cupboards & shelves, kitchen benches/sink, stove top, microwave/oven, fridge doors

• Dust and wipe skirting boards, shelving, suspended cupboards, wardrobes & furniture, and remove cobwebs etc throughout the house
• Clean Glass Balustrade along Stairs, Atrium walls, Front Lower & Upper Balconies, Rear Upper Decking, Glass Single Front & Upper Doors; Glass Front, Side & Rear Sliding Doors including Window ledges & Door frames and glass top dinning, coffee & side tables
• Wipe down & disinfect all door handles, taps & Handrails along (internal & external) Stairs, front lower & upper balconies, & at rear upper decking
• Vacuum and Mop all floors including front upper & lower balconies and wipe away cobwebs from black wire chairs on lower balcony
