Require an house cleaner for 4 hours on a monthly bases, more days if special occassions arise. It's a townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room, 1 study, 1 laundry, open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge room. Besides the general house cleaning, we should require the oven and windows done on a rotating cycle. We're just 1 couple living in a townhouse, however we are very particular and picky on cleaners. Must be insured and trustworthly. We usually clean on a daily bases, so when it comes to a monthly clean, we need someone who pays attention to the small unseen details.
