A family member had been ill for a while and has now been hospitalised. Their two bedroom unit needs to be thoroughly cleaned (bathroom is particularly bad) and there is a huge amount of papers to... Their two bedroom unit needs to be thoroughly cleaned (bathroom is particularly bad) and there is a huge amount of papers to sort through, keeping official letters etc and throwing out piles of junk mail and rubbish etc. Will also pay extra for weeding and tifying front garden bed and back courtyards. I am looking for someone who has the patience to sort through a lot of papers and clothes etc and not just throw everything out. Someone who is a good organiser would be great!

I'm tackling one room at a time, removing the mouldy food and general rubbish etc, but am doing such long hours at the moment that the process is taking ages and its killing me! Job 1: At this stage I need someone for quite a few hours to clean the kitchen (including oven - not ptetty) and the bathroom, which is honestly pretty bad too. Other than that just general dusting and sweeping the floorboards in the loungeroom and hall. All in all not the nicest of spring cleans. Job 2: Over the next 1-2 months I am having the damages fixed, backyard done, bathroom renovated etc so there will be tradies and dirt through out. I will be wanting a lightish fortnightly clean, but with a bit of flexibility if there are tradies in all week etc. Job 3: Once all the work is done, I will need a full spring clean of the whole house. Job 4: I then want to settle into a regular fortnightly clean - oh and maybe some ironing of business shirts if anyone does that (hopefully??)
