We are soon to move into a two story house, with basement, that needs to have a really good once-off clean. Due to internal renovations, there is a fine layer of dust that covers all surfaces.... We are soon to move into a two story house, with basement, that needs to have a really good once-off clean. Due to internal renovations, there is a fine layer of dust that covers all surfaces. Therefore all internal surfaces need to be vacuumed and cleaned prior to moving in (Floors, walls, windows, ceilings, doors, cupboards, tiles, blinds, doors etc....you get the picture) The only external thing to clean would be the windows. Note: The house is free of furniture. Floors are a mainly wooden floorboards. Would be looking for a fixed-price for this particular job. I guessing that it would take one person two or three days to do the job, but best to sight the house first.

I have just pulled the old gas heater out of the fireplace and installed ducted heating through the house. Apart from the ducted heating being life changing it has also left a ugly hole in the... I have just pulled the old gas heater out of the fireplace and installed ducted heating through the house. Apart from the ducted heating being life changing it has also left a ugly hole in the wall where the original fireplace is. I am searching for a company to ressurect the fireplace to working order which I think will entail a bit of brick work, a clean, a cowl and maybe damper ( not sure what that is but will no doubt need one!?) Wondering if you are interested in having a look or getting back to me if this is up your alley.
