I had engaged the services of marjen trading for vacate cleaning purposes through you. I had left the premises to them on the 26 th Jan and returned on 27th to make payment. To my horror they had stuffed up the job causing damage to my floor boards ( warped and twisted)and the carpets were soaking wet causing a extreme stench in the house. This is not the condition in which I had handed it to them. They have denied any wrong doing. I have got a registered floor layer to inspect the same and he has confirmed that the floors and carpets were soaked wet causing the damage and stench.Murray of marjen had visited the premises and does not think that this is the case and is getting it inspected by another party. Irrespective of what the outcome I will need my damaged floors repaired and carpets replaced
