About the Person:
I require an experienced Airbnb cleaner who is Honest, Reliable, Dependable and Professional house cleaning services. House must be cleaned by 2:00 pm on the day of the appointment. The house will be available from 10:00 am.
You must know how to make a bed!
About the House:
The house has three bedrooms, 2 living areas. 2.5 baths, 1 kitchen and dining area, short hallway, 2 small balconies, 1 wood deck and outdoor table setting.
At times, all 3 bedrooms will be in use but often 1 or 2 bedrooms will be in use. We lock bedrooms based upon the number of guests.
About the Duties:
Make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum and mop floors, wipe down kitchen benches, stove, pantry shelves(if necessary), refrigerator and put away dishes (if necessary), dusting, sweep balconies, sweep wood deck and wipe down table, sweep garage (if necessary), place rubbish bins curb side (if you clean on a Monday or bring in rubbish bins if you clean on a Tuesday).
About the Service:
I am paying for an outcome! The job will take 1 person 3 hours to clean to my standards at a rate of $33.33/ hour.
If you can get the tasks done in 2 hours to the expected quality and standard, then I am happy to pay the full 3 hours. No short cuts!!
You will be given an advance schedule of my cleaning dates so that you can plan accordingly.
