House cleaner required for a bond clean

hi we are after a cleaner to come on the 29 or 30th january to do a bond clean on our house, its a 2br home will need all walls and skirting boards cleaned, there is mould in one bedroom due to the winter that needs to be removed, bathroom, toilets and kitchen to be cleaned include all cupboards, floor boards so a good sweep and mop needed, laundry sink etc, etc.
$100.00 is what we are willing to pay for the job.
you will need your own chemicals i have some exit mould and bleach that can be used and a floor steam cleaner.
