JK Cleaning, absolutely terrible. Demanded more money at the end of the job. had to return a further 2 times as the cleaning service was useless. Cleaner did not turn up or return calls when promised. I picked up dust and dirt, from floor in front of cleaner and he stated "that must have just fallen from the door" and still did nothing about it. Agent withheld bond asking "when are you going to clean this" after third clean. Cleaner actually said to me after 3rd clean "Well we don't do a proper clean - we have to charge you more for that" at that point i said fine leave.rude and unreliable. really really upset and angry over not just cost of cleaning, not just loss of bond and record against my name, not just my wasted time having to go back 3 times, not just the additional week rent i paid between the 3 cleanings, but also because they were rude and obnoxious
