This is for a 50sqm 2 bedroom 1 bath apt apartment which we rent for short term (holiday makers, people relocating to Melb). neat place, lightly furnished with not many things laying and standing around. Guests leave the place in fairly clean conditions as we ask our guests to to some minor cleaning anyway (vacuuming, wiping surfaces). So your job would be to get the apt ready for the next guest (changing linen, towels) and wash linen, towels for next guest. Ideally you would be located in the cbd as there is no parking within the building complex.
FYI, I take approx 1 hr to prepare/clean apt and guest change over happens approx once a week average.
