Fortnightly house cleaning to include 2 bthrms, manicured clean

Fortnightly cleaning - i need someone to come and clean the house every 15 days preferable on a friday.
cleaning will include but not be limited to following items:
1. two bathrooms - needs to throughly vacuumed, shower area to be brushed and cleaned, washbasins and one bath tub beeds to be soaped and clened. the toilets bowls in both the bathroom should be throughly cleaned as well. the bins in both the bathrooms needs to be emptied new binliners to be put.
2. vacuum three carpetted rooms and dust the furniture/beds and clean the window sills and beds and sidetables.wipe and clean full length mirrors in all the rooms. detailed dusting is very crucial.
3. drawing room - needs to be dry vacuumed and wet mopped. lounge in the sitting room needs to vacuumed each time and dusting and wiping needs to be done for all other furniture including dining table.
the cleaner must be willing to use our dyson vacuum cleaner.
4. kitchen: cooktop, gas range and sink needs to cleant on a regular basis. kitchen floor needs to be mopped and bin needs to be emptied as well and replaced with a new binliner. wipe and clean surrounding areas as well.
we are a couple only with no kids or pets, hence the place doesn't get that dirty. our previous cleaner worked with us for 4 years before she had to leave for her origin country - we are very friendly and loving people but very finicky about cleanliness hence whover wants the job will need to very deligent about thier work. no shortcuts please.
