This will suit a local person in need of extra cash - we have a couple of bathrooms, kitchen, 2 living areas and 2 short haired dogs. Rugs & no carpet - need good cleaning. Tenants look after own rooms. Dust is a problem but generally under control. Look at fortnightly for a couple of hours only - tenants will look after in-between. Tenants pay so look at budget price! Please help! Visit essential and you will have to rotate jobs between visits unless there is a team of you as a large house.
